I have been going to The Nail Salon in Castro Valley, CA for the past 8 years! Kelly, who manages the salon is an amazing woman! She has been doing my nails and is efficient, creative, and compassionate! I have moved to Mesa, AZ, and I fly back to CA to have Kelly do my nails and visit family, too! Kelly, is very talented! I usually show her a pic of what I want done on my nails, and she creates the picture and many times makes adjustments to make my nails even more glamorous! Finally had the opportunity to try this place out and I will say we were all very satisfied! I got the deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure, I spent a total of two hours here. The ladies were very attentive, patience and helpful. I also had my son with me and they allowed him to sit In the pedicure chair next to me. They continuously checked In with me as they progressed, making sure I liked the work being done. They took their time, very detailed work ethic. went above my expectations and make sure no customer went unnoticed. The place does get busy, I suggest making an appointment. The parking lot is small and shared with a starbucks, subway and a small phone shop; so arrive early in case you need to find parking else where.
