it is hard to find anyone in this town to be able to work with my type of hair but this lady is amazing she does my hair just the way i want and need it done.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This lady may or may not know how to do hair. I didn't find out because of her unprofessionalism. My appointment was for 11:30 (which by the way was for my Marine Corps Ball - something we can't be late to). I get there early, but around 11:30 get a text from her saying she is running behind - can I do noon? I told her that's fine. I shopped until noon to kill time. Her reasoning was she's coming from Temecula. Noon rolls around. Nothing. I talk to other salon professionals in the building and they let me know this is just how she operates. Late or no show at all. So my mind goes from 'things sometimes happen' to 'you're just very unprofessional and don't value peoples' time'. Around 12:10 I text her to see if she's close. She claims she's exactly 5 minutes away. 5 minutes meant another 25! She didn't arrive until after 12:30 and had the nerve to try to call me on my attitude. As if I shouldn't have had one! You arrive a whole hour late
