Update - Their customer service got even worse. I’m changing my 2 star to 1 star. I had an appt to get my nails fixed. I had planned to update my review to a higher rating once they fixed my nails. I just came in at a scheduled appt to get my nails fixed. The male tech told me that he wouldn’t fix them because of the review I left. The honest review I left. Avoid this place. They only care about reviews. They don’t care about making sure you like your nails. I told the guy that my husband died and his funeral is this week. I really wanted to have my nails fixed.
