i always go 2 times to get a hair cut and since i have mixed hair i like to keep it long. my hair is on the thicker side even though it doesn't seem like it and i actually have very wavy hair. i have had horrible cuts in the past so to the point i hate going because i dont want anything one until Nikki. the first time she really talked to me what i wanted what i didnt like how i do my hair ever thing a good hairstylist should ask. even the next wash it still came out even and clean. i will be taking my daughter there for back to school cut with Nikki. I went to this salon because I had seen a friend of mine who went to Star Espy, her hair looked nice and her work on Instagram did too. So I decided to go and try it out, my apt. Was at 6 pm I wasn't attended until 6:25 pm and she was still working on other clients and one came in after me and she finished her up before me. I didn't leave the salon until after 10 pm! In the pictures you can see that I didn't get the hair I wanted at all. I tried to make a apt. To go and tone the color I told her "I hate orange/yellow looking hair" and I came out with orange hair. She charged me $265 and told me I'd have to pay around there or more for another session!! When she messed up my hair and didn't do what I wanted. I don't even like wearing my hair down anymore I'm embarrassed of it. I tried to make a apt with her again and she stopped replying. Very unprofessional and doesn't own up to her mistakes she says it's "out of her control". I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
