Modern Nails

Lady cut me twice. My toes were bleeding. The first time I let it go because we all make mistakes. The 2nd time, she kept talking to a coworker and cut me again.I told her to be careful and that it was the second time. She apologized and at the end charged me the full amount. It's a shame that being so close to home I have to seek another place due to over communication amongst themselves. Service: Pedicure

12/24/22... Back in the area, and needed a fill ... Tony was my guy again... Great job! And fast... Which don't usually go hand in hand... Had to work around a cracked nail, and I was still out in less than an hour... I'll go back next time I'm in the area... ???? Quick, clean .. Knows their clients by name... Reasonable prices... No attempts to up sell... Would def come back ????

I have been going here for awhile now and was originally seeing Lucia, apparently she left to work at another salon but I wasn't informed until I showed up for my appt and didn't see her. So I was then taking on by Tony, which did a good job, and then his wife Mimi, she also does a very nice job, but when it comes to paying, they are very pushy with having you pay cash, understandably, CC fees are a lot, but the times I pay cash, they take extra money for tip. Tony joked and said 5 for me and 5 for her, when he didn't touch my nails this visit, and then the next time Mimi did it too, then proceeded to chase me down with my money to try to make things right. Is my tip is too low, which is about 15%, let me determine my tip, am I wrong??!? They do nice nails, and I am picky, but watch your cash!! Service: Acrylic nails
