Very upset came in for a fill was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited they then drilled my nails and told me 5 more minutes then when the 5 minutes were up I was told it would be another 30-45 as he had an appointment don’t drill someone’s nails and then make them wait that long if you have an appointment I get it appointments come first but it is definitely not how you treat someone. I absolutely love the service. I walked in without an appointment and was welcomed in with no problem. I only waited 15 minutes and Steven took care of me. Steven made me feel confident in choosing the design that I really liked. I chose to get almond shaped, acrylic nails, and Steven made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. I love my nails and would highly recommend getting your nails done here. I really appreciated the rest of the staff for greeting me as well. Honestly the whole staff is very friendly and kind.
