House Of Polish (Happy Halloween Special Offer)

Terrible … so bumpy, I never had to pay so much for such a bad job! I got my nails done Sunday but I work all week during their business hours so I could not go back to ask them to fix them. So I had to be with my nails like this.

I love House of Polish. Mary and Tai are so much fun and do great work. Also Henry and the other ladies do great nails and pedicures. Definitely recommend. Service: Acrylic nails

As a first time client I purchased a full set and pedicure. The full set is great, zero complaints! Very pretty! The pedicure was less than expected. I initially wanted the basic pedicure but once handed a menu, I decided on the next one “up” since it included a 7 minutes foot massage. She then tried to upsell me on the next one up, the “volcano pedicure” but I politely declined. I never got the 7 minute massage, I didn’t even receive a 1 minute massage per foot. She was rushed to get to the next customer so she slapped some lotion on my legs/feet and said I was done. Sorry, but for $50 that is awful when the most enjoyable part is the foot massage! Upon checking out, I did gently mention it to the cashier and she (not so happily ) offered me a $5 discount and apologized. I still tipped the service and will consider going back but i most definitely will only be getting the basic pedicure, if at all from here, anymore. Prices are pretty high when they surcharge every little item added b
