City Brows Lashes and Threading salon

I always get a full face thread. The service is great and all, but today there was a new person onsite. The service provided by her was far from the customer service I usually receive. All hair removal was not adequate. The process usually take 30 minutes but today it took less, which means the job was half done. I still see some spots that were missed. My eyebrows were thinned out and not cleaned as I requested. I will not return.

Absolutely love this place. Raj is friendly and talented. I refer all my Family & Friend’s! Must try this place!

Unfortunately, I left very disappointed. After asking twice for more to be taken from my eyebrows I still left with eyebrows much thicker than I asked for and barely any shaping. I had to go home and pluck them myself which made the whole experience feel like a waste of money. I will likely not be returning and would rather spend a bit more some place else to have my brows done correctly.
