An elderly man helped me, and it took him more than an hour to complete a fill. He didn't even use the right colors, nor did he create the design I asked for. He became irritated when I informed him I wasn't satisfied with my nails. I spent more than $50 on nails I did not like.
I went about a month ago and had a great experience, decided this was going to be my new nail salon. Came back and was severely disappointed. Told the gentleman three times I’ll do gel nails. He kept insisting on dipped (not sure as to why, maybe more expensive). This was the final result. I was tempted to walk out without payment and once again expressed my discontent with the service but I was told they look fine. This picture was taken after washing my hands three times to attempt and clean up the polish on my skin.
Horrible first experience. I asked for small round nails. None of them are the right shape or even straight. Better off going else where
