Anyea was absolutely phenomenal! She is very well educated on curly hair and very passionate. She was very sweet throughout the whole process, always checked on me to see if I was comfortable, offered beverages, and educated me on how to better take care of my hair. She’s also very patient and just has amazing skills with curly hair, I left the salon super happy with my curls. And I appreciate that she wants to help me with my curly hair journey that I started in Feb 2022. Overall, great experience and the ambiance is so peaceful and fun! I saw Julianna last week after not getting a haircut in about a year due to fear of going to a new stylist. It’s safe to say my hair was in need of some major TLC. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about because Julianna exceeded my expectations. She’s not only a kind human, she’s also a great listener. From the get go, we sat down a talked about my current routine, my hair concerns, and what I wanted out of the appointment that day. From there, the whole appointment was built around that conversation, and the results are truly impressive. Never have I ever left an appointment with a happy balance between volume and definition in my hair. Most of the time I leave with defined but lifeless waves/curls and have to wait for the next wash day for my hair to snap back into shape. Not this time. We love Twist Salon and plan to continue bringing our daughter here for her curly haircuts and treatments. Hayat was amazing with our daughter. She took the time to explain the step-by-step process and helped our daughter get comfortable with cutting her new bangs hairstyle. My daughter treats these visits like spa appointments because she feels like she gets to relax and get spoiled. I love that the staff goes above and beyond to help educate and find the best products for our daughter's hair. We highly recommend this salon for those that have curls- they are the best!
