Usually this place is pretty good about customer services that’s why I gave them two stars but, today not so much. I was the only black person in the building and when I came and left I felt that way still. I felt I was treated very unfairly and when asking a question ignored from two of the staff. I have came to this place before many times and spent a lot of money but after today and the way I was treated probably will never go back. Not only did I put my name on the list and was not called I was still told since I left for 7 minutes to take my son home up the street that I still had to re wait although my name and telephone number was on the list and no one ever called. Not happy at all. She told me it would take 20 minutes for them to call me I left for 7 minutes and everybody that came in after me got to go before. I just don’t get what the point of putting my name and number down for them to call me when they are ready for them not to call me at all then seat everyone before me

INail will be my go-to nail salon from now on. My mother and I called various salons to schedule mani/pedis and INail was the only one that was willing to take two walk-ins on short notice. We had to reschedule for the next day due to an unexpected time restriction on our part, and when we showed up the next morning, again without an appointment, they took both of us. The service was wonderful. We got simple gel mani/pedis, but the staff were very kind and attentive. They gave the best hand and foot massages, sugar scrubs, and hot stone massages. The salon was clean and orderly. Services: Foot massages, Polish removal, Men's manicures, Synthetic nail removal, Hand & foot massages, Back massages, Pedicure, Exfoliation, Manicure, Nail cut & filing, Gel manicures

After a horrific experience at Leann’s nails on Webster , I found. Myself here , and I am very thankful . I use silk , my mom said “‘it’s the safest for your nails “ ( always listen to mom ????) Jenny came out as nobody else had experience in such thing of the past . I adore her ! Not only is she as loving and kind as one can hope for , her skills are fantastic . I had them done at another salon , it was done incorrectly, very thick and they should look like your own nails , very thin . I cannot wait to bring my daughter back with me as we enjoy this as our mother daughter time. I HIGHLY recommend this salon , while I was there it was one regular after the next even a wise man who gets pedicures every two weeks . I too will become a regular .
