I came in and asked if they had time for a gel pedicure and put me in a chair didn't talk to me for 45 min then finally put water for me, waited another 15 min and by that time I was so annoyed because they could have just told me to come back in a hour, I hate to walk out but I couldn't stand the place or the the ppl, like at least make me feel welcomed and tell me it's going to be an hour wait. I will never come back here. All I wanted was a French pedi I turn to look at the other client n she also got a French pedi and it looked sloppy so I left and went to My angel nails which is down the street and they started working on me within 30 seconds.

I have visited most of the nail salons in Alameda and JoAnne's is the BEST by far..beyond their expertise in manicure/pedicure tech, the leg, neck and shoulders massages are to die for . I've been going to them for years and can't recommend them highly enough.

Tuong does an amazing hair cut...and mani-pedi are good and reasonably priced.
