I had a horrible experience!!!!! Not only was I VERY polite I explained what I wanted which was a manicure. I was Screamed at by the man who was doing my nails because I asked if he was going to clean my cuticles up. Then he started to clean up and told me to go to person who did my manicure before. When I asked woman at front if I may speak with a manager I was told " No mngr. I asked for mngr phn # and was told mngr has No phn!" I felt discriminated against and was humiliated in front of 6 customers and 4 employees. I had to talk myself out of crying. I pray that no one ever has this type of experience. This was my MANICURE...... I would absolutely never recommend this business.. This was my 1st time in this entity. Tiffany Sullivan

This place...they SAY they are busy or booked for the day. Doesn't matter if you come at 12, 4p or after work! They CLOSE at 6pm. I know it's their business but change the open and close time. It's ridiculous and they can be rude. Also, a manicure means to push cuticles back, trim them, soak and clean them. Followed by a hand massage after the nails are done. Nope...you basically get a new set or a polish change. ZERO MANICURE. My fault because I keep showing up. Today was the last straw! The open sign is flashing. It's 4pm. They close at 6pm. The guy asked what I needed, watched me sign in and then says " we booked today, bye bye. Turn the sign OFF and LOCK the door! Lastly. I called in at about 5:40 and they said they could get me in. It was my first time getting my nails done since moving to stv. I have been going to a place in Mesa for over ten years before this. But I was blessed to be with Tony last night! He did a great job. Very kind. Clean and professional. And my nails are exactly what I wanted (: Defiantly my new go to place!
