1/10 experience. Treated poorly Bad haircut Won’t return Had a poor experience with my haircut and was disrespected and laughed at by staff. The blonde middle aged woman was dismissive and didn’t listen to what i hd to say very much. She cut me off several times and treated me as if i was beneath her while asking me the same question multiple times which i gave the same answer fir every time she asked. The other stylist who was involved in correcting my hair laughed quietly with the blonde stylist when she saw i was back to correct my haircut. This is very unprofessional and i was respectful and well mannered with the staff. There’s no reason to treat me this way. I even left a gracious tip when i had left the first time. The stylist who did my hair was respectful, however she seemed newer as my hair needed to be corrected. Overall, a very bad experience. I’ve been coning here since i moved around 5 years ago. Difficult to communicate with stylist. My hair is now way too short as a result of the communication issues and by the time she confirmed the length, it was already halfway through the cut and too late. I’ve been growing it out for years.

Always friendly and efficient stylists. Using online check in you rarely wait.
