I called them in a panic because my daughter got a comb stuck in her hair. And it was in there GOOD. Even they were surprised (haha) And it was right in the front towards the top of her head. They told me to come in right away and after working on it for a bit they got it out and without even cutting it! You couldn’t even tell. They were so nice and helpful.
