Amazing service from Barbara, Fay, Mya, and their manager, Crystal! The store was out of one of the two products I needed and there was a BOGO 50% off sale on all curly hair products. Fay and Mya went above and beyond to help me. In the end, I bought one item in store and one was ordered. Bonus, Crystal still honored the BOGO! If you need a curly hair stylist, book an appointment with Barbara. She takes the time to educate you on your hair type, and how to care for and style your curls. The QC Ulta has stellar customer service!

I booked an 11:45am appointment for my daughter's birthday. The service ordered was Accent Highlights. She requested blonde highlights, easy enough, her highlights started off blonde, Barbera should have stopped there but no she changed it to caramel then to red then to violet. During her appointment another client showed up and she had my daughter wait while she attended the other costumer. Ended up leaving after 4pm for what was supposed to be 1 hour and 45 minute appointment. Now sitting at home I can't even see any highlights. Should have not paid for it. This was our first and last time using Ulta beauty.

I don’t know who the employee was but she deserves a raise. She was so great and helped me find everything I needed. She was running around the store with me answering all of my million questions with incredible patience and recommended products that were cheap AND WORK SO WELL.
