Great Clips

I go every 2 weeks and have Erin cut my hair. The staff always seem happy and are a pleasure to speak with. Very comfortable and fun atmosphere.

I always get a great haircut at my local Great clips here in Queen Creek Arizona. The staff are all courteous and polite, they all come from many years of experience and knowledge of how and what to do and not do. Came on Thursday. The lady with black short hair basically cut my hair how she wanted. I asked for 1 inch under my shoulders and straight as usual and next thing i know my hair is chopped off above my shoulders. The back bottom layer was longer than the top outer later. None of the hair was straight. Chunky everywhere. The front was way longer. I was just so horrified with that experience. I contacted support and they said they would forward to management. Nobody ever got back to me. Came in days later. The man working there was so nice and helped me out. He went out of his way and did extra things to make it right. In fact he was the only one there with a good attitude and smile. He fixed my hair way better. Still upset with how short it is but so happy he made it straight so i could live like this for the next few months until it grows out. 5 stars for the man employee.
