Paris Nail Lounge

The following was my experience at Paris and my own personal opinion. First of all I want to thank Paris for educating me. The last visit I was sat with a 16 yrs old who was still in high school and was a former client. She explained to me they “ the techs” are required to bring their own tools from home and she had to borrow some tools because she wasn’t told until that morning to bring her tools from home.She was very sweet and tried her best. The manager inspected my nails afterwards and saw what an inexperienced job she did but said nothing to me. I was not going to ridicule a child for being inexperienced and I am not going to tell the manager what he should do. So I simply payed & left. Services: Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Dip powder

Not a great experience. From the moment you walk in, it's like you're bothering them. When I finally sat down for my pedicure the technician was trying to upsell me every single chance she got. Even saying that I had to buy the most expensive package because she'd have to take the nail polish off (which made zero sense, I have to pay an extra $20 just so you take my nail polish off???). Then I got cut as she was clipping my cuticles, broke the skin and started bleeding. As soon as the polish was applied (which does not look great, it's all bumpy), my tech left to go work on someone else and never came back to help put my shoes on. There are plenty of other places to go. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience, but it really wasn't. I didn't even have a massage feature on my chair...

I wasn't sure what to expect my first time. But I had a fantastic experience. I called to see if they had availability for my friend and I, and they said they were able to see us right away. Arrived, and we were immediately seen. I was in a bit of a rush to get my dip mani and a pedicure, so they offered to do them simultaneously. Wow. Everything turned out great. Will definitely be back!!!
