By far the best salon I've been to in Phoenix. I've only lived here about 3 yrs. I came for a haircut and was blown away at how attentive Nicole is. She listened to what I don't want and what I do want. The place is super clean and really nice. It's very homey and comfortable. She makes you feel welcome and give you full attention the entire time. Very kind and very talented. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

M daughter's hair was cut and styled at a different salon, but she was not satisfied with the result. I advised her to get it corrected at a different salon. She met with Nicole as a walk-in and told her to come back 7 pm after telling her what happened at the other salon ealier that afternoon. My daughter told me how Nicole went over the hairstyle with her, was very understanding and listened to what she likes. As her mom, I am very appreciative of what you did for her. She dislikes speaking up because she doesn't want to come across as impolite and condescending. She conveyed to me how she would like to continue visiting to you because she was so pleased with the outcome and your cool, welcoming demeanor. ???? Again, thank you!
