I was a first time customer. The salon looked nice and check in was friendly. So I was optimistic when I arrived. The stylist gave a nice massage with the shampoo. So that part was nice. I thanked her afterwards and she didn't respond & barely spoke to me through out the entire service beyond maybe two or three question. My appointment was supposed to be 45 minutes but it was very rushed. I was in and out start to finish in like 15-20 minutes. She took more time on the shampoo then she did with the cut, and essentially just blew it dry and sent me on my way. Even though it was supposed to include styling. It just felt like she did the bare minimum effort. For the amount of money it cost I feel like I got very little in return. My sister paid for the haircut for me as a treat to celebrate the new job I just got since I hadn't been able to afford to get my haircut in about year. I had really looked forward to doing something special to give myself a little extra confidence for my first w

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I had to voice my opinion this time. When I arrived my stylist was sitting in the waiting area reading a magazine. She came over to me, didn’t introduce herself and actually said maybe 10 words to me the whole appointment. I showed her a couple pictures I was thinking about. She didn’t voice an opinion or offer any suggestions just started cutting. When she was done I hated it (it looked nothing like the pictures) and her only suggestion was, “maybe cut it shorter but I wouldn’t “. I could not be more disappointed and especially for the cost and then feel pressured into leaving a tip. Needless to say, I will not go back.
