I would give -10 stars if that was an option however I was really hoping for my 12 year old to have a good experience while getting her hair cut at this salon by Maranda however that did not happen, instead this appointment left my child completely traumatized and emotionally unwell considering the amount of pain and lack of empathy and compassion Maranda had for my child. I originally scheduled her appointment for Monday and when we showed up on time Maranda told me that hair dresser was longer with them so we had to reschedule for the following day (Tuesday) with her at 11:00a.m. no big deal. We arrived at 10:55a.m. and sat and waited for 45 minutes, when I asked to reschedule due to other appointments I had lined up Maranda told me it would be ok if I left her there and she will get started in a few minutes, I have never left my child in a salon however I trusted that Maranda would take good care of her considering the notes I left when scheduling the appointment as well as the conv

Skye is a wonderful braider and was very friendly and accommodating!! I will definitely be back! Also the girl that did my brows and lashes was also a wonderful young lady! Great experience! Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Chandler a few weeks ago and he took care of me from the beginning to the end! My loc detox/shampoo was relaxing. He also spoke with me about my at-home loc routine in order to provide retwist and style options that catered to my needs. By the time I left, I felt like a superstar! I will be back to see Chandler again!
