Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I really hate trying new places for kids hair cuts but I had not much of a choice today with school tomorrow. Worst experience ever! I waited about an hour as a walk in my son was first she seemed like she didn’t even know what I wanted was in a rush and messed up so bad I went to the barber shop to get it fixed. Not only that! I originally went there because I needed a hair cut for my daughter this is her second hair cut ever. She didn’t even get a hair cut we sat there waiting and waiting while people after us kept getting helped before we did. I finally decided to get up and leave after 2 hours sitting in that place. Worst experience!

Had my hair highlighted here my hair is a med brown with some gray I wanted silver highlights which they pulled thru a cap because of my hair being short the process was about 3 hours and when finished my hair didn't even look like it had highlights all it did was lighten the rest of my untreated hair so I went back the next day and we put lavender instead it's only been 5 days and you would never know I had anything done there is no color at all .I'm very disappointed with them and would not recommend getting your hair done here my cost for this was roughly 120 dollars ????

They were really busy on Sunday so we waited 2 hours but they got us in. She did a good job trimming my daughter's hair and mine. I think my daughter has a new place to go.
