I recommend Deb's Talking Hands & Beautifully colored. I also love the many options of services from barbers, hair stylists, to lash extentions. And within the option of services there are different business's to choose from, you can find someone who fits you. The Encore has a nice bar that sells drinks and food healthy options is a plus! The bathrooms are very nice and clean, and the place is well kept.
