Serafina Nail and Spa

My experience here was awful. We paid $50 for nails that were chipped once I took them out of the UV light. The nails are not properly filed, they are very bumpy and they are not painted fully around the nail. I was trying to make conversation with the nail technician but instead they rudly bashed me about not succeeding in college and not having enough money to get a pedicure. I would not recommend coming here if you want a good job done and a friendly experience.

I stopped going recently. The work is good when I don't get a moody worker. Last lady was in a bad mood and hurt my kids (who were angels by the way). Also charged me full price for doing the bare minimum on daughter. I saw my soon was scared to speak up. He said she was hurting him and never wanted to back. Who cuts cuticles and trims tight on a child?!!!

My 8 year old daughters nail polish has never lasted this long, usually it only lasts a day or two but we’re going on 2 weeks now and look at our nails! Hers are just starting to come off!! I’ve been here 3 times now and the dip nails always last me a month! I’ve never had nails that last so long and I LOVE the quality. I don’t need a fill at 2 weeks, I can go twice as long as any other salon!!! Make reservations or expect to wait for awhile. Worth the wait though!!
