Billie’s & Bettie’s Family Hair Salon (B&B Hair)

The salon was very nice, clean and quiet. The girl Melanie who did my hair was very sweet and patient with me as I came with a broad idea (just wanted a pixie perm). Giving it a 3.5 out of 5 as I still haven't tried their nail services or haven't gotten a color service.

After having my hair done here in the past, I thought it would be a great place to take my daughter, and it was...keyword being WAS. My daughter has had her hair cut here several times without issue over the past few years. Previously, the stylist was amazing (but apparently no longer works there - maybe because she was nice and did a good job), so my daughter was VERY excited to go in to get her hair cut. I admit, my daughter has very long, curly and rather unruly hair. We have spent a great deal of money on both cuts and products for her, including at this salon. She recently wanted it cut a lot shorter, so we scheduled a shampoo and cut at Billies & Betties with a different hairdresser. I did not wash her hair before going and she had just got out of school, so it was a bit tangled. The hairdresser, LIZ, was rude from the moment we were taken back to the chair.
