Jessica Hebner was an absolute delight to deal with. She listened to what I wanted and even offered advice. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be going back to her in the future. Ventured out to a new place after using my guy for 20+ years and wasn’t able to get me in in time. This place is right by my house and I searched and read through the reviews which were pretty good overall. Decided to take a chance and made an appointment with Christy. She said she worked on hair that is fine, thinning etc which is me! I let her cut the bad stuff off and style the hair. Looks sooo much healthier! I didn’t want to do layers since my hair has some breakage and trying to grow it out. She was understanding and worked with me. It’s been over a year since I had a haircut just due to other factors. I got a haircut at salon encore , I believe w Jessica was her name. I looked at reviews and it had great reviews and the inside was beautiful however when I got my haircut it was way shorter then I had asked for or showed reference pictures of. but I overlooked it bc the cut was still nice. She did style it with curls so I didn’t notice that my left side was noticeably shorter then my right side until my hair was straight. with that being said I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I received. as it’s pretty noticeable and bothersome.
