Color Me Bella Aveda Concept Salon and Spa

It’s a big shame to write this review because Sarah did amazing with my cut and color. However , the communication at this salon is non existent. I called to schedule a cut and color and confirmed that my 200 gift card from the Aveda website would work that I received for my birthday . After cut and color I went to pay for my $300 service and the owner tells me that they do not accept these gift cards… After informing her about the conversation when I called the owner went from the person who took the call was no longer working there to how they can’t do anything to me not knowing how to read the small print !! After this conversation she ended up charging my card 205 then states that this was a mistake and it’s really 250.( what if I did not have another form of Payment ?!) I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I am appalled of her behavior. When I asked what she can do for the confusion with her staff and the miscommunication she said she can’t do anything. Working

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was. The new salon looks amazing! I love how much space there is, and the stations are far enough apart so there's enough room to work and feel comfortable. Everything is super clean and they are paying extra attention to cleanliness at their stations and in common areas around the salon. All of the staff was super friendly and welcoming. I saw Katelynn for my cut and color and I am so so happy with the end result. Definitely give this salon a visit!
