My daughter got her back to school haircut here on Monday July 18. They did a fantastic job, except she said the stylist was more interested in talking with someone else in the salon, than with her. Or even cared to talk with her much at all. She really didn't like the person that did her hair, because of the above mentioned taking with others

Decent cut, but he was so slow that the person after me was waiting for 30 min. Then he didn’t even show me my haircut and ushered me out. When I got home I saw that there we’re some things I didn’t like, should have seen that and had enough time to make it right before I left.

There are many good things about this location, including the hair washes. They give such wonderful head massages. But I’ve left this location feeling disappointed at least 3 times now. I feel like the stylists are so rushed and don’t really try to understand what you’re asking for. And they get a bit carried away moving so fast that they aren’t even making sure you’re aligned with the cut they’re giving you. For example, at my last appointment I specifically stated that I did not want multiple layers in my face framing and the stylist agreed. Then they proceeded to give me multiple layers and my hair just looks like a mess. They gave me their reasoning afterwards which didn’t make sense to me and it was too late to complain so I just got it over with. I feel a lot of frustration and just don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
