I took my almost 12 year old here to get her first set of highlights and a cut. I was upcharged $55 without being consulted so it was over $200. Thankfully they honored the original price of $155 that I got over the phone but I had to basically complain to get it. I asked for an A-line bob for my daughter and it was anything but. Uneven, choppy, zero A-line. It just looked very sloppy. I called a different location and they did fix it for me, however my appointment was at 2:15 and it didnt even start till 3. It was difficult trying to keep my other kids entertained for the entire process. Finally got done at 4pm. Stinks I had to drive to tempe and go through so much to get a simple A-line bob. The frustrating thing was a few years prior I took my daughter for a kids cut which was quoted over the phone as $30 and they ended up charging me $65. All in all, the stylists seem to just charge what they want, they dont do great work, but management is nice and has good customer service. The

I have a lot, I mean a lot of hair! I prefer it thick and thus its usually difficult and exhausting for most colorist. I prefer to be blonde, but no longer have any blonde pigment in my hair, instead its been replaced by dirt and gray pigment. I've had some absolutely horrible highlight and lowlight experiences. The hair job before coming to Michael left me with yellow and orange tones. I had been trying to blend blonde with gray, and my goal is to now go gray. Michael did an absolute incredible job. It was an extremely difficult task. He didn't complain, some do. Which I get it's a lot of work! I plan to return to Michael, though I tend to not go every 3 months, for economic and hair health reasons, so I shall arrive with a difficult mess. I absolutely remain blown away by my hair. He fixed previous mistakes. t's healthy thick and beautiful. Just like I want it. Michael is extremely talented and his years of practice show!! Thank you Michael for the beautiful hair!!

My daughter got her back to school haircut here on Monday July 18. They did a fantastic job, except she said the stylist was more interested in talking with someone else in the salon, than with her. Or even cared to talk with her much at all. She really didn't like the person that did her hair, because of the above mentioned taking with others
