Ms. Gifty is the bomb!! So is Ms. Vanessa, both ladies did my box braids and curled the ends. I left the salon feeling absolutely beautiful! And I overheard Ms. Channel VERY patiently teaching a young lady how to care for her. She was so sweet and loving with her! Definitely coming back, I feel like I have a new family in Gilbert!! These ladies did SUCH a great job. Just a few weeks before the wedding they were able to set up both a trial (at the only time I was available) and my wedding hair and makeup for 3 of my bridesmaids, me, and my mom. I showed them each 1 photo and told them I like to look natural and they both did a stellar job. They were also on time, kind, and even took photos of me and my girls in our robes because our photographer wasn't there. After my hair was done it was so beautiful I wanted to hug her. We had a little miscommunication with time we needed to be ready which threw off our timing of the day a little, but I still give them a 5 star review because when my eyelash started to come up on the inner corner of my eye right before the ceremony, she drove 45 minutes to our venue to fix it and refreshed the rest of my makeup as well. She went over and above to help me on my wedding day and really made me look naturally beautiful. My photos look awesome because of them. So grateful!

To begin I usually do my own braids. I have been getting braids done and doing my own and other peoples hair & braids for over 20 years. Certainly nowhere near the worse experience, also not the best but still pretty dang good. Install date 5/21/20. Review date 6/15/20. Pros: Overall good experience. The owner Gifty & assistant Mary were very nice. I was very happy and thankful that they were open and got me in quickly especially with the current state of things. I love that they were just down the road from me. Price charged was reasonable in my opinion. Very clean shop and they adhered to sanitation between customers and during services. They got me done in 7 hours (Mary did most of my braids). Great conversation and laughter was enjoyed. Cons: It was initially a lot of tension and too tight in the perimeter areas so I did end up with the "tension bumps". With proper care they healed. Note: I hadn't had any tension or braids for almost 2 years because I did a big chop so definitely a
