QT Nails & Lashes

THEY ARE TERRIBLE AS FAR AS SKILLS. THE LADY DID MY NAILS 2 TIMES IN ONE DAY AND THEY STILL LOOK A MESS...I DONT RECOMMEND... IM REALLY UPSET

Kelly was awesome! I wanted dip french tip with a really pink base so I showed her a picture and she took the time to look around the shop to find me a color that matched the picture. She then tested them all so I could choose. I know it doesn’t seem like much but that’s the first time I’ve ever experienced someone in a nail shop taking the time to give me options, explain why certain colors may work better than others but still ultimately letting it be my decision. We couldn’t find the exact color I was looking for but it’s ok because she did an amazing job! This was my first time getting dip and they just look so clean and precise… I don’t know that I’ll ever go back to gel!

I rarely ever write google reviews but I’ve never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. I got a pedicure here the day before Thanksgiving and I had slight calluses on my feet so I paid extra for a pedicure with callus removal. The lady who did my pedicure started acting disgusted over my calluses and made me feel so uncomfortable that I almost started crying. I get regular pedicures and my calluses weren’t even that bad - plus I was already paying extra to have them removed with my service. She also rounded my big toe nails which is the IMPROPER way to cut toenails - it leaves you susceptible to ingrown toenails, which I now am getting on one of my big toes thanks to her and it’s super painful. I’ll never come back. You couldn’t pay me to get another pedicure here.
