I had highlights done today and a haircut. I always appreciate when Maj discusses with me the color we are looking to achieve before mixing my color. She took time with me and did not rush the hair process. You can feel the family environment at Maj’s Salon, because each stylist assists each other, if needed. I’m new in Arizona, I haven’t been to a salon in almost 5yrs due to an embarrassing scar on my head. I have long thick hair. I booked my appt May 5th with Maj, soon as I walked in her salon I felt so welcomed an told her about my scar, she gave me such nice advice an to never feel embarrassed there’s always a way to fix anything. She took off a great amount of stress & weight off my head. My entire appt was just laughing talking I felt the woman there care about their costumers! Renee was great! She did an amazing job on my hair and it felt so good afterwards! Even weeks after! My hair had never felt so good. Also, I appreciated that the price was disclosed before I was brought back. Most places do not do this unless you ask. It meant so much that she did a blow out even after I hesitated. With so much hair, I always feel like stylists find my hair a pain but she made me feel like it was no biggie. That was a first!! From all my years of going to stylists... Everyone was so unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Had a great experience. Thanks Renee!
