My first time coning in and the service was amazing! Super nice employees and the person working on my nails, Kevin, did an amazing job on making everything to my liking! I will be coming back again!

My first two experiences here were very positive however my last experience were enough to prevent me from ever going back. I walked in right at opening on a Wednesday morning and a woman got started on my service. She said she had to call someone else in to continue working on them because she didn’t do the nail dips. I was in a hurry but ok fine, I waited. That person came in, started on my nails and not long after I was passed to a third person. I was agitated but this woman was perfectly lovely and carried on a nice conversation. I began to get increasingly agitated though when we approached the TWO HOUR mark for a simple dip set (no fancy designs) and she just kept going over and over my nails with the buffer to the point where several of my cuticles began to bleed. She dabbed them and instructed me to let them dry . I was in such a hurry I asked to quickly pay and be on my way. I went home and realized just how bad the bleeding was. Nearly every single finger had ripped cuticle
