My boys are autistic and we absolutely love the girls in this location. Having a child with a disability and finding a good haircut place that understands and is patient with your child is hard. Cristy has a lot of experience and she always does my youngest son’s haircut and she’s amazing with him. I love the little bond they have. I was really impressed with Jennifer at this location, Gilbert and Williams Field. I went in today July 22nd and she did exactly what I wanted done to my hair plus she gave suggestions as she cut it. Have not had this kind of service in long time. So if you want a great stylist go in and request Jennifer. Management I hope you keep her in your employee for a long time.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times and most of the time it’s been pretty good, but the last time I was there it unfortunately was a really negative experience. I’m not one to complain, but this was a little ridiculous. I checked in online and got there when I was supposed to. There were two ladies cutting hair and after one of them was done cutting someone’s hair she just kept talking to the other person getting their haircut as I was just waiting there. There was one other person ahead of me so I knew I was going to have to wait for them, but then a gentleman walks in the door who had not checked in online. He asked if he could have someone check his hair as someone the day before didn’t quite do it right. One of the ladies said she would help him out and fix it. I assumed that meant he was going to have to wait for the two people in front of him who were already there, but one of the ladies working just took him straight to the chair and started to work on his hair even th
