I will start by saying, there is absolutely nobody better than Jesse at Avenue Bloom. I have had extensions for as long as I can remember and as most of us can say, I have some bad extensions before. I saw Logan at Avenue Bloom Salon in January of this year. I had the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. This was the first time ever seeing her. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find someone I trust to do my hair. I brought inspiration pictures to my appointment and explained to her what I wanted. I was there for 3+ hours and when I left I was in tears. I had asked for a money piece and when I got home it was literally a white strip in front of my face that did not blend with the rest of my hair, she had done a full highlight when I did not ask for that (I typically always do partials) and my hair simply looked worse then when I went in. I had reached out to her about trying to fix my hair and she was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. She also blocked me on all social media.
