I specifically asked on the phone if the lady cutting my hair had experience with really curly hair, i was told yes. When i got there…… the stylist had to ask two other employees to come and help with layers and had ended up being a new stylist. Service: Hairstyling

They did a great job with my significant other here. The inside environment is very nice. They even offered me a cold beer while I was waiting for her hair to get done - that took me by a surprise but it was a welcome one.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt appreciated and a priority as a customer. My stylist, Hannah, was super sweet and actually took extra time during our consultation/services to understand what I wanted, gave me exactly that, and also carried on a nice conversation with me. I had about 8 inches cut off of my hair and Hannah was confident and supportive throughout the entire experience. What I wasn’t able to explain (by not knowing terminology) she was able to deliver by actually listening to me and making sure she knew exactly how I wanted my hair cut/styled. Everyone I encountered during my visit was so nice and welcoming. The salon was immaculately clean. I enjoyed my experience overall, but the service that Hannah gave me, including the hairstyle, but especially the hospitality, will be the reason I am going to be a returning guest.
