Book an appointment with Alexa Batey. She is extremely talented.
I had no less than 3 reminders for my wax appointment with Annette. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and a guest who arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time was taken back first (appointments are for 15 minutes). So the late guest was seen at my appointment time. After waiting 10 minutes for an appointment that would only take 10 minutes, I left. I don't frequent businesses that don't respect my time.
The owner is nice and down to earth and tries to make everyone feel welcomed during their visit. She is a doll!
