Joann is absolutely wonderful!! It is, without a doubt, the FIRST time I have had a stylist actually listen to what I want!! I was so used to getting my hair cut over the years and it never looking like what I wanted it to! I thought the first time Joanne cut my hair it must have just been a fluke that she listened...but NO!!...she CONTINUES to listen!!! That is SO important and not only that she is SO nice and kind and I am THOROUGHLY grateful to have found her!!! You wont be disappointed!!!

I have been using Joann for a while now and each time she cuts my hair and my 93 year old mom's hair, we always leave feeling that we had a perfect cut. She is a perfectionist and wants you to be totally happy with your hair and i have never left her salon unhappy! She is also a wonderful, friendly person and we always enjoy our visit with her.
