I was recommended this salon by a friend and I’m so glad that they recommended them and that I decided to book an appointment for yesterday evening. I had Vanessa and she was so sweet and did such an amazing job. I love my new haircut and I will definitely be using this salon and Vanessa as my stylist again. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

If I could give less than 1 star I would! I normally do not feel the need to write business reviews, but in this case I cannot remain quiet. While on my lunch break on 12/22, I booked an appointment and paid online for a haircut for 6 pm. I called the salon shortly after to tell them I got off work at 6 and would be a few minutes late and they said that would be fine. Come 6:15, I am in traffic on the road right before pulling into their parking lot and I call them to tell them I am about to be there and they tell me I am too late and will have to reschedule. Was seconds away from being in their parking lot. Not only was I told I would receive a refund by the front desk concierge when I said I would not reschedule, they did not issue a refund and I ended up disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. The business owner, Brittany Collins did not even have the courtesy to call me back to try to make things right. I have never been treated this way and so unreasonably by a bus
