Went to the salon today in Huntsville, AL and LaShea gave me an absolutely fantastic cut. . I’m sure she’s going to be my go to gal from now on. Service: Haircut

I came in with my hair sectioned out where I wanted bangs to stop and taper down..asked if she knew what air bangs were, she said no so I showed her pictures. She said she understood and proceeded to brush half my hair forward completely destroying my guidelines, then hacked off a good chunk of my hair in the front. I couldn't tell what she had done yet so I said "can we make sure the bangs stop and start tapering down at the corners of my eyes?", and she started sounding offended, questioning what I meant and I tried explaining as best as I could. She then asked "so you don't want side pieces?" And I told her I did want face framing pieces that tapered down from the bangs. She seemed so confused and proceeded to grab the front chunks of my hair, way too far over to the side, and didn't even taper it down. She hacked from the halfway point down with a razor in under 30 seconds and I was horrified. I looked in the mirror afterwards and my bangs were still long, down to my nose, the hair

First time stopping in for a haircut and was sadly left in regret. I wanted several inches cut off and a new style. The stylist barely looked at my photo of what I wanted, chopped my hair with little precision, and started taking the cape off before I even looked at it and determined if it’s what I wanted. I came home to an extremely uneven cut and had to cut long pieces that were missed. The stylist even made a comment about your “blunt blah cut”. I’m just astounded at the lack of professionalism.
