Kim does an especially good job filing my nails in the shape I like. She also does a wonderful job with powder dip and smooths them out to perfection.
The ambiance at this nail boutique creates a delightful experience. With a pleasing atmosphere, complimentary wine, and water, accompanied by good music, each visit feels like a pampering retreat.I will definitely return.
Horrible experience. I went in asking for dip with tip, left with thick acrylic nails that aren't even shaped correctly. First, I was not asked what shape I wanted and how long, my nails were cut "too short" to get the shape I wanted, and that they had to start over. Next, I said I wanted Funny Bunny (an extremely popular color) and they said they cannot do it, so I said a white, they then proceeded to give me a French Tip. I then corrected again saying I want the whole nail done. I was then told they had to do acrylic to get what I wanted because they could not do it with dip. I then was stabbed by my nail tech's fingernail causing me to bleed. (My blood was on the nail file as he was filing my nails) Finally, I leave with THICK acrylic nails and acrylic that isn't even going down to my nail bed. I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have these removed and will never return. Services: Nail extensions, Acrylic nails, Dip powder
