The Collective is one of the best salons in Birmingham. From the front desk, to the stylists, to even the apprentices, everyone is so kind. The salon itself is always so clean and well kept. When you arrive whoever is at the front desk immediately gets you checked in and offers you a beverage. The owner Beth is exceptional. From what I’ve seen she knows how to run a business and hire the right people to work alongside her. I love seeing days where they have continuing education to learn about new techniques, hair color formulas, or even new product. I also love how diverse the clientele is. It shows each stylist is well trained to make each client leave happy and feeling beautiful no matter the hair type or style. I’ve seen my stylist Brooke for 10+ years and followed her to the Collective about 5 years ago. She’s amazing and really knows my fragile blonde hair. The Collective has always been a warm and welcoming place and I look forward to my appointment every 7 weeks. They are extremely professional and the knowledge they have about hair amazes me. They really listen to what you are wanting done and the attention to detail is spot on. I usually want a different color each time I come in and Beth Doyle listens and guides me on what would be best for me and my hair type. I love the finished outcome every time!
