Erin is an amazing stylist! I called last minute not expecting to be squeezed in and they told me to come on in. I have battled depression for a year now and I had severely knotted hair. I was grateful for anything they would be able to do with so little time. From the moment I sat in the chair, they treated me with kindness and empathy and made the experience of recovering my hair a calming experience. They worked diligently until closing when they finally pulled a brush through my hair and it pulled smoothly. I am planning to use this business for my next cut! I am highly impressed even with the girl that answered the phone, Olivia. She was very kind, empathetic, and listened to everything I needed and wanted. She has excellent customer service skills and communication skills. I feel better already about branching out to a new place after talking with her to schedule. I have been to studio 21 multiple times when I’ve been in town and I’ve had a fantastic experience every. Single. Time. The stylists always are so happy and pleasant to be around, and I was even able to put my feet up while having my hair washed. I always feel my best coming out of there!
