Orbit Salon has quickly become one of my favorite places in the city, and due in no small part to Mackey. He is so kind and so reassuring during the appointment that I feel completely safe being my authentic self, and the cuts (gender neutral undercut) and color I’ve received have been truly out of this world! Every person that works there is so warm and welcoming that I truly felt appreciated and loved when I left. If you are looking for a salon, you’ve found it! came in with an idea and came out looking glamorous! i love my hair, joseph did an amazing job and i had a great conversation with him. the inside is like no other, very homey and beautifully decorated. easily the best salon in birmingham. i’ll be visiting again (:
Fantastic experience! The hair dresser listened to me and gave some feedback, until we settled on a cut I was happy with. They made me feel very comfortable, gave me a haircut I am very excited about (having several bad haircuts in the past I had given up on achieving a look I wanted), and was reasonably priced. 10/10 I would recommend it and happily go back for all my haircuts.
