First time...wish I wouldn't have waited so long!! Wonderful experience, great options for service, and Mel was fantastic for popping my pedicure cherry! This is so hard to do- I’ve went to Q on and off for years. Yesterday I took my granddaughter for nails and pedicures- while the nails look lovely it was not what I asked for and my pedicure water was cold and I said it is cold. I think what bothers me is the price- I paid $215 for this experience. I’ll pay someone else to do my nails the way that I want and I don’t want to have to request for warm water on a pedicure. I still tipped because I am that kind of person. (I usually tip $15-20 for mine alone) It honestly made me feel like my business was just not appreciated. So $230 and today I’ll go pay to have my nails done with sparkles on the he 4th finger - what I asked for-not all 10 and my pedicure made my feet smooth- but leaving for vacay in 3 days I had to match my toenails with my fingernails that I didn’t ask for I’m not used to spending this kind of money for cold water. As a cosmetologist I could do my own pedicure at home if this is what I wanted. I know that I could have

I went and got a pedicure with my baby sitting on my lap. It was nice, clean, and quiet at the time. Polish was alright, but everything else was good. Services: Nail painting, Pedicure, French manicures
