Great Clips

I have been going to this location almost eight years now. I never get the same person twice and employees have told me they have a high turnover rate. I have learned I will never get the same service as Fort Collins. It is hit and miss. Most times u can tell the employees are just tired and ready to go home and have had enough for the day. U get what u pay for. Service: Haircut

Took my mother for a shampoo, cut and style. I showed the hairdresser a picture what my mother wanted. But, instead of following that picture, she followed what was done the last time. Sadly, the last time, my mother's hair was cut at Great Clips, it was cut too short, just as it was this time. She left this afternoon looking "like a man," as my mother stated once she got to the car. Mom just wanted to have a short feminine cut so she could feel better about herself. I feel sad for her. I gave 2 stars, as the hairdresser did use the purple shampoo and the #4 clipper guard on the back of my mother's hair, as was requested. But, it's very unlikely that I will take my mother there again. stat
