From Tip To Toe Nail Salon

I've had miscommunications with the staff on every occasion I've visited. It's really disappointing. I always end up getting something different than what I ask for. Today I went there for my birthday present to prep for a beach vacay. I wanted a pedicure with the scrub and wax with gel polish, the other person with me did not want that, she has sensitive skin and just wanted the most basic package. Instead, they reversed us, giving my her the better treatment, even though we had been clear that it was my birthday treat. I thought the staff working on us were just doing things in a different order, so I was super disappointed at the end when she said I was done. I asked about why I didn't get scrub or wax and the lady said it was a miscommunication and just walked away. Had planned to give her an extra cash tip, but was ignored when walking out, so I'll save my money. The polish looks nice, but I was really hoping for better treatment. I'm just tired of going here and ending up disappo

For some reason this set was $75. I was extremely disappointed in the price… I’ve never paid more than $65 for a full select acrylic with tips. A man did my nails and it took over an hour and a half- they are clumpy and uneven. I usually go to Nails Central and never have had a problem with price, service, or quality. Should have just been patient till they had an opening a couple days later. My family/friends won’t be back.

Always an incredible job done! They updated their pedicure chairs and the massages are so good! Prices are the best in town!
