Great service!! The ladies were very kind and helpful with all my questions. Very attentive. The young lady at the register was very polite. Great service here. I loved the cleanliness, and perfume options were delicious. The Prada smells amazing!! Snagged a bottle of that and Sunday Morning facial products which they sell here are one of my faves!!

Fave place to shop. Thank god they have ppl there that knows makeup finally.

I had an appointment scheduled with ulta in Casper. I had the date set as I was leaving on vacation the next day. Hours before my appointment ultra called and asked me to reschedule. I explained that I couldn’t due to my scheduling and need. They told me the prior clients talked so much that it took more time and therefore they won’t be able to keep me on the schedule for today. This is terrible customer service and sloppy practice. They had no care in the world about how this affects my circumstances. If it were my business I would have stayed late to fulfill my promise to a client. I won’t give them my business ever again.
