So this cute picture for Halloween nails was shown to the tech. This is what I wanted. What I got was lumpy, bumpy nails, not the right shape, with a wonky eyed sperm on it. When I asked for a refund….. They handed me a nail file and made me ruin all the nails to get my money back! After screaming in my face that “people like me are why businesses go out of business, asking for a refund for services rendered”. Literally screamed in my face! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I go to Bella every 2 weeks to get a new set of Gel X. I haven’t gone anywhere else since they opened unless I’m out of town. Bella talked me into Gel X because I was never happy with how my acrylics turned out or how heavy they were. I’m very pleased with the Gel X and will continue to see Bella!
