They probably assumed you were awaiting your stylist. The desk is visible to check in. The wasted time sitting could have gotten you in. ????

Just met the nicest guy that works there that cut my daughter's hair for free at a back to school event in the neighborhood. She was happy, I was happy, and great word of mouth for this salon which apparently in walking distance I had no idea. Sounds like I found my new place for them. She tends to like a more traditional boy style hair cut, and most places act like we don't know what she wants, and keeps saying, "well are u sure, are u sure?" But he never felt any kinda way about it so that makes me happy, just did what she wanted, and made sure it was OK w me, while still talking to her for what she wanted. Service: Hairstyling
