If I could not put a star I would. I will never come to this place again. They do not follow sanitation at all. He dropped multiple tools on the floor and even left my foot file on the floor and picked it up and reused it on me. I am disgusted. I’m a hairstylist and I know what sanitation looks like and this wasn’t it. Also there is polish all over my cuticles on my finger nails. Felt not listened to and isn’t the right shape that I showed in pictures. Not to mention I was there for 2 and a half hours on my day off.

The lady who did my nails was not very kind. She rushed me through picking my colors, seemed like she was judging me for not picking them immediately even though I specified when I made the appointment that I do sometimes take some time to choose and apologized in advance for it. And then proceeded to make me feel like I was doing everything wrong when I was just trying to do what she wanted. I make it a point in my life to be as friendly of a person as possible but I was really disappointed by my treatment there. The pedicure was decent and has been lasting (it's only been one day so not sure if it will continue to last) but the towels felt like they were burning my legs and the pedicure was actually quite painful at times. I also felt like I couldn't speak up about it even though I wish I had at the time. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but she didn't communicate with me what she needed from me very well and I just really don't think it was worth the $92 that I spent

the lady who did my nails was very obviously mad at the world, and flung my fingers and hands. She manipulated my fingers in awkward almost painful positions as if she was annoyed they didn’t just fall into place conveniently for her. I believe it pained her to smile, in fact the only time she did smile was when she accidentally told me it was $155 For my service. she did not wipe off the top coat with alcohol after it cured, and did not offer a lotion hand rub. I do not recommend this place at all. I can see why this place had immediate openings. when all the other salons in the area were packed.
